These terms apply to the RateRight free screening service.
Use of the service
You may use RateRight to search for commercial and other non-domestic properties, view indicative rateable value analytics, and understand broad appeal signals. You must not rely on RateRight as the sole basis for submitting a Check, Challenge, Appeal, or any other official application.
No guarantee
We do not guarantee that the service will identify every commercial property, calculate every bill correctly, identify every available relief, or predict whether a challenge will succeed.

RateRight links to official services and third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or accuracy of external websites.
Future paid services
RateRight is currently focused on free screening. If paid evidence packs or professional referral services are introduced later, they should have their own checkout, fulfilment, and service terms.
