RateRight is for non-domestic properties such as shops, offices, warehouses, pubs, restaurants, salons, medical premises, and other business premises. Private homes usually pay council tax and will not normally appear in a business rates search.
Data limits
We use available Valuation Office Agency and benchmark data where configured. Some records may be missing, incomplete, out of date, or unavailable in the local development environment. Always verify a property against the official VOA non-domestic rating list before making a decision.
Bill estimates
Bill estimates are simplified. They may not include all reliefs, supplements, transitional arrangements, local billing adjustments, exemptions, multi-property rules, or City of London differences. Your billing authority is responsible for your actual bill.
